Resolution adopted at a meeting of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, April 9, 1878, to prepare and publish a testimonial to the life and character of the late judge and distinguished jurist Alexander Smith Johnson of New York State, to be published in one or more public papers. Resolution accepted and signed and stamped with the Association's seal upon the motion of Clifford A. Head. Written on vellum.
